Please get in touch for more information.

Spiders

We apply a surface spray that is licensed and formulated for spider control. It is applied to eaves, gutters, downpipes, around windows and doors, under your patio furniture, your fence line, letterbox, wheelie bins, cubby house, shed and any other area we feel needs treating and where spiders may be hiding. It kills the spiders already there and leaves a repellent barrier behind to stop them coming back.

Ants

We apply baits - these attract ants with a palatable food source containing a slow-acting insecticide, which they carry back to the nest to eliminate the colony.

Ant sprays - Insecticide sprays can be applied to ant trails, entry points, and areas where ants are active, providing quick knockdown and residual effects.

Other Pests

Our broad spectrum insecticides treat a whole range of insects inside and out, please call 0407 931 722 or email us bdpretreat@westnet.com.au and we can advise which treatment is best for you.

Pre-Construction

Pre-Construction Spray

A termite pre-treatment, or pre-construction termite treatment (pre-treat), is a process of spraying a chemical barrier into the sand pad that repels or kills termites, preventing them from accessing the building's foundation. It is applied before the concrete slab or foundation is poured, ensuring that the barrier is in place before the building is constructed.

We use Biflex termiticide, which is a repellent chemical, which has a long residual life in the sand/soil.

HomeGuard Barrier

HomeGuard is a Precision Termite Management system which is a physical and chemical termite barrier in one.
The termiticide is impregnated into tough polymer sheeting, which is installed to the foundations of new buildings or extensions to provide a continuous barrier, thus preventing concealed entry of termites into the building.  Collars are installed to plumbing penetrations to prevent termite entry.
The HomeGuard product range is manufactured in Australia from polymer based products and incorporates Australia’s leading liquid termite barrier Biflex.

Reticulated System

The Reticulated Replenishment System is a specially designed pipe system that once buried under ground, around the perimeter of a structure, has termiticide chemical pumped through under pressure to saturate the soil surrounding a structure.   This creates an impenetrable barrier (if repellent termiticides are used) or a death-trap for unsuspecting foraging termites (in the case of non-repellent termiticide chemicals) that move through treated soil.

Drill & Inject Termite Barrier around established homes

Sometimes a termite barrier needs to be added to an established house, this is when we install the drill and inject barrier.  Holes are drilled approximately 150mm out from the edge of the building through concrete paths, tiles, or pavers and are placed at intervals of 200mm.  We then inject Termidor or Biflex termiticide (depending on the individual situation) into the holes down into the soil, and then all holes are plugged.  This forms a chemical barrier all round the home.
